30-day returns
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Certain items — including special-order equipment and used consumables such as tile blades and core drill bits — may not be eligible.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
- We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
- Ship the item back; once inspected, we process your refund.
Refunds & restocking
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. A restocking fee may apply to large equipment returns; original and return shipping are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty claims
Manufacturer warranties apply to most power equipment. For defects, contact us and we’ll help coordinate a warranty repair or replacement. More detail is on our FAQ and Shipping Policy pages.
