This Shipping Policy explains how ConcreteToolsHub processes and delivers your order. By placing an order for concrete tools and equipment you agree to the terms below.
Order processing
In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Larger equipment such as vacuum lifters, mixers and forklift attachments may require additional handling time, which is shown on the product page.
Delivery estimates
- Standard ground: 3–7 business days within the continental US.
- Freight / LTL: Heavy or oversized concrete equipment ships by freight carrier; delivery is 5–10 business days and a delivery appointment may be arranged.
- Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $500 (excludes oversized freight items).
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Freight shipments include the carrier and PRO number.
Damaged or lost shipments
Inspect all deliveries on arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details, or visit the FAQ.
